With 18 years of experience, I am a dedicated bilingual (SpanishEnglish) mental health professional, passionate about helping individuals find themselves amidst life's challenges. Specializing in resolving relationship conflicts and addressing the impact of traumatic experiences, I provide individual and couples therapy for adults. My approach to therapy is one of collaboration, trust, and safety. I aim to stay close to where my clients are in their experiences and readiness for change. I endeavor to be direct and offer just enough challenge to encourage the changes being sought. My journey as a therapist started with my long history of interest in relationship interactions and behaviors and with the decision to start my own journey in healing and growth. I strongly believe that in order to offer the best support and guidance to others, it is essential to have done my own self introspections and "work." As a clinician, I am well rounded in several treatment modalities (psychodynamic, relational, trauma informed, strengths based, culturally sensitive). I tailor treatment to the needs of every individual. I feel honored to be allowed into the most intimate spaces of my clients' lives.
